1 - Booking Conditions

To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number on our secure online booking or by phone (see methods of payment).
1) If the reservation is canceled, no amount will be charged in advance, payment will be made on the spot (see cancellation policy). However, for safety, an electronic footprint will be performed to verify the validity of the credit card.
2) If the reservation is not canceled or modified, the settlement of the total amount will be charged on the credit card, and will not be refundable. 2 - Cancellation

3 - Conditions changes

You can EDIT your reservation under the following conditions (except non-cancelable reservations, non-refundable):
1) FREE: up to 10 days before arrival
2) WITH FEE:

  • € 20 change fee file, excluding supplements, or differences applied to the posted rates.
  • Potential rate reductions associated with new promotional offers, packages, price changes, last minute deals, or of any other nature, shall not be subject to claims, reimbursement or compensation.

4 - Payment Methods

  • Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Cash
  • Gift vouchers and only pre-booked and registered gift boxes.

Bank checks are not accepted, except for payments received 21 days before arrival Regulation, except for companies with an open account.

The eventual amount drawn on the credit card at booking, will be credited to the same card, if another valid means of payment is available at the hotel, including in Holiday vouchers ANCV.

Any request to change the benefit payment will be made only upon arrival, check-in, and upon presentation of two pieces of identification.

5 - Hotel rules

The hotel declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms without special precautions during the stay: We expressly invite our customers to protect wallets, jewelry, watches, cameras, computers, telephones, and others in the rooms , to keep them in a coded or locked suitcase, or to contact the Reception to place them in a safe.
